Account data on total and remaining traffic is displayed for billing purposes and is not used to reconstruct browsing activity. When you submit a support ticket, this service processes the text and attachments you provide. Please remove passwords, login credentials, and subscription links before submitting them.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics
U5VPN follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing histories, lists of destinations, or communications, or create connection logs linking accounts to specific browsing activity. These browsing and connection details are not stored long term, so no retention period applies to such logs.
To keep the service running, U5VPN may process overall route status, error types, and aggregated traffic. Temporary diagnostic information is used only to identify faults and is deleted or disassociated from accounts once troubleshooting is complete. It is not repurposed to analyze browsing activity. If you need diagnostic assistance, submit the error message and route used through a support ticket; there is no need to provide a complete browsing history. Quantum encryption protects connections but does not replace the data policies of destination websites.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics on the marketing site help us understand page views, traffic sources, and how visitors use entry points. They may involve page paths, visit times, device and browser types, referring pages, and network request information. These analytics relate to this site, not activity on subscription routes, and are not used to build cross-site advertising profiles.
Cookies and browser local storage support session continuity, authentication, language preferences, and necessary interface states. Analytics may also use identifiers to distinguish visits. Login credentials may be stored locally. You can clear or restrict this data in your browser; after clearing it, you may need to log in again or reset preferences. Restricting storage may affect panel features.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and their data handling is governed by their respective policies. U5VPN receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to verify orders. Do not submit payment account passwords in support tickets. Some transaction records may be subject to the publication and retention mechanisms of the transaction network itself.
This service provides relevant data only to the extent necessary to complete payments, maintain essential infrastructure, handle service requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. Account information is not sold. When disclosure is legally required, the basis for the request will be verified and processing will be limited to its necessary scope.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required to complete transactions, handle disputes, and comply with applicable laws. Analytics data is deleted or aggregated and de-identified once it has served its analytical purpose. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period; specific periods depend on the purpose of the data and obligations that must be met.
Log in to the panel and use the support ticket system to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account ownership must be verified before processing, and any impact on existing benefits will be explained. Transaction records that must be retained will be restricted to their relevant purposes. Data awaiting deletion in backups is cleared through normal rotation and is no longer used for routine operations.
