How international routes are selected, how connection issues are handled, and how account data is used.

120+ countries / 240+ routes Quantum encryption

Cross-border access and everyday connections

U5VPN is a VPN subscription for studying, working and traveling across borders, helping users connect to international websites and online tools. The service offers 120+ countries / 240+ routes, uses quantum encryption, and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux with unlimited simultaneous devices.

Monthly plans suit regular use, while data packages work well for occasional access and never expire. Choose based on your actual usage, and check billing and data rules on the plans page.

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

Routes are selected based on the location of the service you want to reach and how the connection performs in practice. Coverage numbers alone don’t guarantee the same experience every time. IEPL, relayed and direct connections take different paths, so test them with your local network and at the times you typically connect. See our buying guide for details.

If you have connection issues, first check your account status, client settings and target app, then try another route. For help, open a ticket through the support page and describe what you were doing, any error messages and the steps you’ve already tried. Don’t share your password or full subscription URL. U5VPN offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Terms of Service for details.

Privacy and Data Minimization

U5VPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. We limit data collection to what’s needed to manage accounts, process orders and provide support; browsing activity is not used for service analytics.

Before attaching screenshots to a support ticket, hide account credentials and subscription details. The Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why we use it and your related rights. Quantum encryption does not replace keeping your device updated and credentials secure.
